Lynn was one of the most professional, competent, and available people we’ve ever worked with. As first time home-buyers, we learned so much from her expertise. For one house we originally loved, she pointed out red flags that we originally missed. When we did find the perfect house, she stayed up on the phone with us late into the night writing the perfect offer (that was accepted!). We referred her to my parents as well, who also found a great home with her help!

Working with Lynn and Kristi was a great experience! As a first time seller they made the experience an easy one from our first meeting. Their advice on how to get the home show ready was valuable. Lynn always answered her phone, which never ceased to amaze me. Lynn was also willing to work as a go between myself and the buyers whenever needed. I had dozens of showings within days of the listing. I had multiple offers and made a good profit. I would recommend Lynn and Kristi to anyone!

I was impressed with Lynn throughout our experience in preparing and selling my father's house. First, she was very quick to see the property and make good improvement suggestions. Then, she helped us find people to make some of the improvements. She was amazing in her accessability, attention, and follow through. She was extremely knowledgeable about selling homes, and she was patient and kind in helping my elderly father and me through the challenges. We always knew we were in good hands with Lynn!

When we decided to sell our home, we had contacted Lynn. We couldn’t have had a better realtor. She made her self available right when we were ready. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and she misses no detail. She made sure we knew exactly what was going to happen and she gave us such great pointers to get the most from our home. She spent time with us to make sure we understood everything, and was always so quick to respond to any question we had about the process. Lynn made the sale of our home so simple and stress free!
